Our clippers are suitable for closing all types of casings, including protein casings. In order to properly close the protein casings with the clips, the operator must set the clipper and prepare the casings according to the casings manufacturer's instructions. To simplify this process, the meat processing plant can also order RTU (ready to use) protein casings.
Our machines can close a wide range of casing types and sizes. Depending on the type of clipper and the size of the clips, different sizes from 10 to 160 mm can be closed. The most important thing at this point is that you follow the instructions of the manufacturer of the casings.
maga® meat press
The MAGA® meat press can process all types of meat.
The MAGA® meat press can be continuously adjusted from 0.5 mm to 30 mm. The user can set any thickness from the above range himself at any time.
Changing oil and filters is the most important maintenance procedure. The first change should be performed after 3 months of use. Each subsequent change should be performed once a year.
